At Alvenza Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.
Items that are damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper handling are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method or another agreed method within 3–5 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
- The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Gift cards (if applicable)
